Brentford Football Club has made a decisive move by exercising the buy option clause to secure the services of 18-year-old Nigerian defender, Benjamin Frederick.

The talented youngster, who hails from Kaduna and honed his skills at the Simoiben Academy, will now call Brentford his permanent home until 2028.

Confirming the news, renowned football journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that Brentford has indeed chosen to activate the option to sign Frederick from the esteemed Simoiben Academy.
