A member of The Gaylads, The Astronauts, Conscious Minds, and The Messengers in addition to having a lengthy solo career that began in 1960, Harris Lloyd “B. B.” Seaton, better known by his stage as “Bibby,” was a Jamaican reggae singer, composer, and record producer.

Seaton, a Kingston, Jamaica native, recorded his debut solo album in 1960 before joining Winston Delano Stewart in the combo Winston & Bibby.
With the addition of Maurice Roberts, the two formed The Gaylads; however, Seaton soon quit to become a member of The Astronauts. As a member of The Gaylads, Seaton performed well into the 2010s. On March 4, 2024, in London, England, he passed away at the age of 79.
