As “Bibby,” Harris Lloyd “B. B.” Seaton was a Jamaican reggae singer, songwriter, record producer, and member of The Gaylads, The Astronauts, Conscious Minds, and The Messengers. He also had a lengthy solo career that began in 1960.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Seaton made his solo recording debut in 1960. He later joined up with Winston Delano Stewart to form the combo Winston & Bibby.
Maurice Roberts joined the pair, and they became known as The Gaylads. However, Seaton soon left to form The Astronauts. Seaton remained active as a member of The Gaylads until the 2010s. At the age of 79, he passed away in London, England on March 4, 2024.
