I have a DECLARATORY CERTIFICATE OF CITIZENSHIP that was issued in Perth, W.A. on the fourteenth of October 1971.
The stock number on the top RH space on the back is “B No. 1705” with the
“o” on top of the “.”.
I have been trying for over a week to set up a MYGOVID app on my phone and it keeps rejecting the document ID number I enter.
    I have tried “B1705”, “BN1705”, “BNo1705” & other combinations.
    What am I doing wrong?
Perhaps your certificate checking program needs updating to include these old certificates?
