Aston Villa signed Douglas Luiz from Manchester City in 2019 for a fee around £15 million and his current price tag is around £50 million.
Arsenal have attempted to acquire the services of Douglas Luiz for the past two years and this may be the time to sign him as they are looking to offload Thomas Partey whose injury situations has not been the best.
