The 24-year-old striker impressed in his first full season at the club, prompting them to announce the extension on their X (formerly Twitter) page: “A key member of our squad is here to stay. Five more years, Antoine Semenyo!”

Semenyo joined Bournemouth from Bristol City in January 2023 and quickly became a vital cog in manager Andoni Iraola’s system. He racked up eight goals and two assists across 33 Premier League matches, even earning a nomination for the club’s Player of the Season award.
This new contract signifies a remarkable turnaround for Semenyo, who previously revealed facing rejection from Chelsea and Arsenal in his early career.
