Andre Ayew, Ghana’s most-capped player with 120 appearances, has been left out of the national squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Mali and the Central African Republic.

However, Fiifi Tackie, the spokesperson for the Ayew family, has denied these reports. He confirmed that Andre is currently enjoying a well-deserved holiday after a successful season where he scored six goals in various competitions.
Tackie emphasized that the reports about Andre and his brother Jordan considering retirement are false. He reassured fans that Andre remains committed to the Black Stars.

He stated that Jordan is currently with the national team and feels honored to represent Ghana in the upcoming matches.
Tackie urged supporters to ignore the false information and continue to support the Ayew brothers and the national team.
The Black Stars will face Mali in Bamako on June 6 and the Central African Republic in Kumasi four days later.
While Andre’s absence from the squad has caused a stir, it appears that the Ayew brothers are still dedicated to their international careers and look forward to future opportunities with the team.
