Rollas indicated that the association’s lawyers are preparing documents, considering the incident as legally actionable.
Following the unfortunate incident, where the cast and crew members lost their lives due to a lack of life jackets during their boat journey to the movie location, some Nigerians have criticized Adanma for her alleged negligence.
The Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), representing Nollywood actors, is under Rollas’ leadership since August 22, 2017, with approximately 250,000 registered members nationwide across 32 states.

The AGN’s structure includes state chapters overseen by chairmen and six zones led by vice presidents of the National Executive Council.
This development underscores the serious consequences of negligence in the entertainment industry, emphasizing the need for producers and filmmakers to prioritize safety measures during productions.
The potential legal action by the AGN highlights its commitment to seeking justice for its members and ensuring accountability within the industry.
