Adanma Luke, the producer of the film where the late actor Junior Pope and four others met their untimely death in the Anam River, has reportedly turned herself in to the police.

SP Tochukwu Ikenga, the police spokesperson, stated that Adanma Luke voluntarily surrendered to the authorities on Thursday, April 11, and gave a statement about the tragic incident.

In a private discussion with LIB, SP Tochukwu Ikenga verified Adanma’s willing surrender and the provision of her statement.

Moreover, the police spokesperson revealed that two boat operators, allegedly involved in the incident, have been detained and are presently under police custody.
It has also been disclosed that other cast and crew members of the film will be called in for questioning as part of the ongoing investigation.
SP Tochukwu Ikenga stressed that every effort will be made to ensure justice and accountability in relation to the tragic event.
