An activist known as Rita4Delta has provided some perspectives on why Davido’s lawsuit might not be advantageous for Sophia Momodu in court.

According to the activist, Davido took Sophia Momodu, one of his baby mamas, to court because he had gathered sufficient evidence to sway the judge in his favor.
She explained that because Sophia didn’t resolve matters privately with her baby daddy, she could be depicted in court as an “incompetent mother,” despite her good intentions, while Davido gains recognition for supporting his child.
The activist also criticized Sophia Momodu for turning to social media to criticize Davido and for heeding poor advice from “online acquaintances.”
