Popular Ghanaian TikTok star and lifestyle influencer, Aba Dope, has revealed her decision not to get married but expressed a strong desire to have children in the future.

During a recent interview, Aba Dope candidly shared her relationship stance, stating that marriage does not interest her. She explained that the increasing trend of divorces and breakups has disillusioned her about falling in love and tying the knot.
“In the past, I was inspired by our parents’ marriages, how they stuck together through pain and hard times. But in our generation, speaking for myself, I am no longer inspired,” she remarked.
Aba Dope, who hosts the Onua Concert Party, elaborated that she views marriage as a rite and a contract. Her primary focus is on her business ventures and financial success. Despite her disinterest in marriage, she is keen on having children when the time is right.
When asked how she plans to achieve motherhood, the curvy model humorously replied that she would find a man to impregnate her.
Fans on TikTok largely supported her decision, with many sharing their own reasons for eschewing marriage. Some even shared how they had similar feelings but changed their minds later in life.

In addition to her social media fame, Aba Dope is also a professional nurse. She completed her nursing training in Ghana and served at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital. She furthered her studies in China, earning a degree in nursing before returning to Ghana to practice.
Aba Dope is also a successful restaurateur, owning three different restaurants in Accra—located in East Legon, Osu, and Achimota. She has employed over 50 people, contributing to job creation and economic growth in her community.
