Their love for the sport has indeed rubbed off on their two sons, Adrien Melrose and Tyrell Melrose.

While there may not be a wealth of public information available about Tyrell, their older son Adrien Melrose has been making waves in the hockey world.

Adrien has inherited not only his father’s last name but also his love for the game. In the 2022-23 season, Adrien took on a significant role as the head coach of the Christian Brothers Academy (CBA) hockey program.

Adrien’s hockey journey continued as he embarked on his own educational pursuits. He attended Skidmore College as a freshman before eventually making the move to Vermont.

Over the last five seasons, Adrien has been diligently honing his coaching skills, and most recently, he held the position of head coach for both the boys and girls ice hockey teams at Stowe High School in Vermont.

During his tenure at Stowe High School, Adrien achieved significant milestones, demonstrating his coaching prowess. Notably, he led the girls’ ice hockey team to its first state championship.

On the boys’ side, they secured a state runner-up finish, indicating the depth of Adrien’s coaching abilities.
