Australian rules football player Steven May, who was born on January 10, 1992, competes for the Melbourne Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). In the 2017 and 2018 seasons, he served as Gold Coast’s co-captain.

In the sixth round of the 2011 season, May played as a defender in his AFL debut against Essendon. With nine games remaining, May played defense for the majority of the 2011 AFL season.

For the majority of the 2012 AFL season, May was once more employed in defense. However, in round 21 against Hawthorn, he had his breakthrough performance when he was moved forward. In a strong performance up front for the Suns, he would kick three goals and grab twelve rebounds.
