She is the daughter of Jacqueline Briceo and Jack Voigt. Her mother is Venezuelan and her father is an American professional baseball player.
From 1992 through 1998, her father spent seven seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) with the Baltimore Orioles, Texas Rangers, Milwaukee Brewers, and Oakland Athletics.
