Elianne Andam: 15 year old stabbed to death in south London.

Elianne Andam was a 15-year-old girl who was fatally stabbed in the neck on her way to school in suburban Londonon September 27 2023.

She was a student at the Old Palace of John Whitgift school. She was attacked at 8.30am while she made her way to school.

It was revealed that Elianne Andam died while protecting a friend from a lovelorn ex-boyfriend.

The suspect, identified only as a 17-year-old teenager acquainted to the victim, allegedly attempted to offer a bouquet of flowers to his former girlfriend, Andam’s friend on a No. 60 double-decker bus in Croydon on Wednesday morning.

Andam was alleged to have stepped in between her friend and the ex-boyfriend as they exited the bus at Wellesley Road about 8:30 a.m. local time.

That is when the annoyed ex allegedly pulled out a black, thin knife and stabbed Andam in the neck. A bus driver and bystanders fought to save her. However, Elianne died on the street barely minutes after the attack.

The boy fled the scene but was captured nearby an hour later. The Metropolitan Police said that he was being held for interrogation and that no other suspects were being sought.
