In exchange for filling out and submitting Suzanne Morphew’s 2020 ballot, Barry Morphew entered a guilty plea to forgery. Morphew cast a false vote for President Donald Trump in the 2020 election using her ballot.

Morphew was given a 1-year deferred sentence and 32 hours of community service after entering a guilty plea to forging a government-issued document. He was also required by the judge to pay court fees and fines totaling $1,000. In Saguache County, during the course of a search for another case unrelated to the disappearance of Morphew, remains were discovered.

She is said to be Barry Morphew’s girlfriend. Barry is awaiting trial for the suspected murder of Suzanne Morphew, his wife. Many people seem to think of her as Barry’s girlfriend, although she has disputed this and fought for a friendly relationship with him.
