In 2021, Raines made his senior career debut with USL Championship club El Paso Locomotive in a match against LA Galaxy II, ending the season with three appearances.

In 2022, Raines got signed with MLS club Houston Dynamo, making his debut for the team against Rio Grande Valley FC in a U.S. Open Cup game.
