Nassir Little played high school basketball at Oakleaf, and Orlando Christian Prep, where he was ranked as a top player, leading his school to consecutive Florida state championships.

Nassir played college basketball for the North Carolina Tar Heels, at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

During his first year in college, Nassir was named McDonald’s All-American, McDonald’s All-American Game MVP, won the Jordan Brand Classic, and was named a Jordan Brand Classic MVP.

After one year in college, Nassir was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers, as 25th overall, in the first round of the 2019 NBA draft, and played with the team for four seasons.
