An American goalkeeper with the Houston Dynamo of Major League Soccer, Andrew Tarbell was born on October 7, 1993. All of Tarbell’s collegiate years were spent at Clemson University. He started every one of the 55 games he played in for the Tigers during the course of his four years there, helped them win the ACC Tournament in 2014, and was named to the All-ACC First Team.

In 2015, under Tarbell’s leadership, the Tigers advanced to the NCAA Championship game before losing to Stanford. The All-ACC First Team also included Andrew Tarbell, who had 84 saves to lead the league. At the 2016 MLS SuperDraft’s eighth round, the San Jose Earthquakes picked Andrew Tarbell. The provisions of Andrew Tarbell’s Generation Adidas contract were accepted by the Earthquakes.
