Dutch sprinter and combined event competitor Dafne Schippers (born June 15, 1992) is now retired from the sport. She was the world champion in the 200 meters in 2015 and 2017.

Schippers, who runs the 200 meters with a timing of 21.63 seconds, owns the European record and is the sixth-fastest female athlete in history over this distance. In addition, she shares the Dutch records for the 60-meter indoor run and the 4 x 100-meter relay. She also holds the marks for the 100-meter run and long jump.

She captured a gold medal at the 2015 World Championships, a silver at the 2016 Rio Olympics, the 2016 Diamond League title, and a gold medal at the 2017 World Championships.
