Caroline Dolehide is an American professional tennis player. She was born in Hinsdale, Illinois, USA.

She grew up in the Chicago suburbs and began playing tennis at the age of 5.
Caroline Dolehide has been working with her young coach Tom Lockhart since she was six years old.
She had formally committed to play tennis at UCLA but ultimately decided to forego college in order to pursue a professional career.

Caroline Dolehide turned professional in 2017 and has competed on the WTA (Women’s Tennis Association) Tour.

She reached a career-high ranking of world No. 42 on September 25, 2023, and No. 21 in doubles in May 2022. She has one WTA Tour title and one WTA 125 doubles trophy, as well as 18 ITF Women’s Circuit titles, eight in singles and ten in doubles.
Her best WTA Tour performances came in singles, when she reached the WTA 1000 final in Guadalajara, and in doubles, when she reached the semifinals of the 2019 and 2022 US Opens with Vania King and Storm Sanders, respectively, as well as the 2021 and 2023 Wimbledon Championships.
Dolehide has also represented the United States in international tennis competitions, including the Fed Cup.
