In 2016, he was drafted by the Green Bay Packers as 131st overall pick, in the Fourth round of the NFL draft.
Blake remained with the Packers for three seasons, and later got signed into a three year contract worth $30 million by the New York Giants.
After one season with the Giants, Blake joined the Las Vegas Raiders, where he played until retirement.
