Shubh Parents: Meet Avtar Singh and Jagjeet Kaur`

Shubh is a Canadian-based Indian rapper and performer. He is the son of Avtar Singh and Jagjeet Kaur

Both his parents are teachers. Shubh debuted in 2021 with the single ‘Don’t Look,’ co-written with Irman Thiara.

However, Shubh broke into the mainstream with his hit “We Rollin” in 2021. His singles have charted on the Official Charts Company’s UK Asian and UK Punjabi charts, as well as the Official New Zealand Chart.

He then released the tracks ‘Elevated’ and ‘Offshore’. He has a sizable fan base among the Punjabi diaspora in Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia.

Shubh released three singles in 2022: “No Love,” “Baller,” and “Her.” His collaboration with music producer ‘Ikky’ on the tune ‘Baller’ became his most streamed track of all time. It peaked at 68 on the Canadian Hot 100.

Still Rollin, his debut album, was released in 2023. Still Rollin debuted at number 16 on the Billboard Canadian Albums Charts.

Shubh announced a world tour to ten locations in the autumn of 2023 as of August 2023. However, it was cancelled due to some controversies he was involved in.
