A lock for the United Rugby Championship team Scarlets, Samiuela Lousi (born July 20, 1991) is a professional dual-code rugby player. He is a New Zealand-born international representative for Tonga after being granted ancestry-based eligibility. In 2010 and 2011, Lousi played for the rugby league squad known as the Junior Kiwis.

As the team’s tallest and heaviest player, Lousi had a contract with the Warriors through the 2013 campaign’s conclusion. He spent the 2012 campaign representing Auckland Vulcans in the NSW Cup before making his National Rugby League debut in round 20 as a last-minute replacement for Steve Rapira, who sustained an injury during pre-game warm-ups. Earlier in the day, Lousi participated in a game for the Vulcans.
