Samiuela Lousi is a lock for the United Rugby Championship team Scarlets and a professional dual-code rugby player. Lousi, who had a contract with the Warriors till the 2013 campaign’s conclusion, was the group’s tallest and heaviest player.

Prior to making his National Rugby League debut in round 20 as a last-minute replacement for Steve Rapira, who sustained an injury during pre-match warm-ups, he spent the 2012 season competing for the Auckland Vulcans in the NSW Cup.

Lousi had earlier in the day participated in a game for the Vulcans. After earning four caps, Lousi joined the NSW Waratahs for the 2015 season, but his Super Rugby season was cut short by a shoulder injury.
