Kuruvoli was born on January 2, 1999, in Kadavu, Fiji, and began playing rugby at a young age.
He attended Lelean Memorial School, which happens to be the largest school in Fiji.

He made his senior debut in 2022, with the Fijian Drua, and has so far made five appearances and scored eight points.

On the international front, Kuruvoli first played for Fiji in 2018, representing the country’s U20 team. He had appeared in nine games, and scored 22 points.
In 2019, Kuruvoli joined the second-tier side to the Fiji national team, the Fiji Warriors, and went on to appear in six games, scoring 39 points in one season.
In 2020, Kuruvoli was called up to the Fiji national rugby union team, making his debut in a game against Georgia. In 2022, he was named in the Fijian Drua squad for the Super Rugby Pacific season.
