Joe Horn former American professional football player who played as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He was born on January 16, 1972, in New Haven, Connecticut. He played college football at Itawamba Community College
He was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fifth round of the 1996 NFL Draft and also played for the New Orleans Saints, the Atlanta Falcons, the Memphis Mad Dogs of the Canadian Football League, and the Iowa Central Tritons.
Horn signed with the New Orleans Saints in 2000 and quickly proved himself to be a premier NFL receiver. He was given the nickname “Hollywood” for his particular style of dress.
Horn is married and has six children. His son, Joe Jr., played wide receiver for Northeast Mississippi Community College for the 2014 and 2015 seasons.
