Stephen James Doocy is an American television host, political commentator, and author.

As of this writing, he is an anchor of Fox & Friends on the Fox News Channel. According to reports, Steve earns an estimated $20 million salary annually from Fox News.
Steve Doocy began his television career as a reporter at television stations in Topeka, Des Moines, Wichita, and Kansas City
His first major market assignment was with WRC in Washington, D.C., as a features reporter.

Doocy was named host of NBC’s nationally syndicated show House Party with Steve Doocy in 1990, a remake of the 1960s Art Linkletter show, which was followed by the syndicated kids’ show Not Just News.

He joined Fox News Channel in 1996 and in 1998 he began co-hosting the network’s morning show Fox & Friends.
Steve Doocy helped develop Fox News Channel’s New Year’s Eve programme, All American New Year, in 2004, with hosts such as Bill Hemmer and Megyn Kelly.
Doocy has received Associated Press, Society of Professional Journalists (previously Sigma Delta Chi), and National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences TV reporting and writing awards, as well as 11 Emmy Awards.
