Irish rugby union footballer Jeremy Loughman (born 22 July 1995) competes as a prop for Munster of the United Rugby Championship and the Ireland national side.

Loughman previously belonged to the Leinster Academy before joining Munster in December 2017 on a three-month development deal. On December 8, 2017, he made his debut for Munster A, coming off the bench in the provinces’ 25-14 British and Irish Cup loss to Bedford Blues.

On January 1, 2018, he made his Munster debut, replacing James Cronin in the 2017–18 Pro14 match against Ulster. In April 2018, Loughman’s contract was extended through the end of the 2017–18 campaign before being renewed for the entire 2018–19 campaign.
