Who Is Adam Beard?
Adam Beard is a rugby union player who plays the lock position for United Rugby Championship side Ospreys.
Beard was born on January 7, 1996, in Swansea, Wales, and played rugby at Neath Port Talbot College.
He also played at youth level for Aberavon RFC and Birchgrove RFC.

In 2013, Beard began playing for Ospreys, and went ahead to appear in 66 games. The following year, he made his senior debut with Aberavon RFC.

On the international stage, Beard made his debut for Wales U20 team in 2015, and played in 15 games.
In 2017, he joined the senior squad of the Wales national team and has so far appeared in 46 matches.
In 2021, Beard began touring with the British & Irish Lions squad all around South Africa. He also made his Lions debut in the Provincial game against the Sharks, and his Lions test debut against the Springboks.
