Former rugby player for Risca RFC Rio Dyer stands at 186 cm & 1.86 m (6 ft 1 inches) tall. Dyer also weighs 84 kg.

About Rio Dyer
Rio Dyer has played the wing position for the Dragons in the United Rugby Championship since 2018.
He had made his senior debut with the team in a match against the Saracens in the Anglo-Welsh Cup.

His time with he Dragons has seen him win the man of the match award on two occasions, with the last being in 2022, after he scored twice and propelled the team to a 32–25 win.

The Welsh-born player attended Bassaleg School, and played rugby at the youth level for Risca RFC, Pill Harriers RFC, and New Port High School Old Boys RFC.
Dyer made his test debut for Wales in 2022, during the Autumn Internationals.
He has so far represented Wales in several international matches including the Autumn series, Six Nations Championship, World Rugby Sevens Series, and World Rugby Championship.
