William Stuart (born July 12, 1996) is a professional rugby union player for both the England national team and Premiership Rugby club Bath.

Before moving on to Salisbury RFC in Wiltshire, Stuart first played rugby for Andover RFC in Hampshire. He attended Radley College in Oxfordshire for his education. He attended Farleigh School, a prep school.

After school, Stuart enrolled in the Wasps academy. With BlackheathMoseley and Nottingham, he participated in the RFU Championship and National League 1 on loan. In a match against the Sale Sharks in November 2016, Stuart made his Wasps debut.

At the 2016 World Rugby Under 20 Championship, Stuart represented England and came off the bench as England overcame Ireland to win the title of junior world champions.
