William James Stuart, a rugby union player for Bath Rugby in the Premiership Rugby, was born in England on July 12, 1996. In Hampshire, at Andover RFC, he started playing rugby. Later, in Wiltshire, joined Salisbury RFC. After finishing high school at Farleigh School, Stuart went on to Radley College in Oxfordshire for his study.

After completing his education, Stuart enrolled in the Wasps academy, a professional rugby team. He played in National League 1 and the RFU Championship while on loan to a number of teams, including Blackheath, Moseley, and Nottingham, and acquired important experience. On November 4, 2016, against the Sale Sharks, Stuart made his Wasps debut.
