Theodor Dan is an English professional rugby union player who now plays as a hooker for Premiership Rugby club Saracens and the England national side.

Dan joined the Saracens junior academy in 2017 when he was sixteen years old. Saracens academy coach and ex-player Kelly Brown convinced him to switch to hooker while he was representing the club’s U16s team at the Wellington Festival.
Dan was recalled to the Saracens first-team after starting the 2022-23 season on loan at Ampthill due to injury.
Dan won his first Premiership trophy on May 27, 2023, when he helped Saracens defeat Sale Sharks in the final, playing for 70 minutes after coming on as an early substitution.

On August 7, Theo Dan was named to England’s final 33-man team for the Rugby World Cup 2023. With only one cap to his name at the time of the announcement, he was the least experienced England player chosen by head coach Steve Borthwick.
