American football quarterback Michael Pratt, who presently plays for the Tulane Green Wave, was born on September 30, 2001. Pratt was educated at home until the ninth grade while growing up in Boca Raton, Florida.

He first attended Boca Raton High School, where as a freshman, having never played football before, he made the team. Pratt ran for 447 yards and three touchdowns in addition to passing for 1,208 yards, 12 touchdowns, and nine interceptions as a junior.

Before his senior year, he changed schools and attended Deerfield Beach High School. Pratt, a three-star prospect, chose Tulane to play collegiate football and made that commitment. Three games into his rookie season, Pratt was named the Tulane Green Wave’s starting quarterback.
