Juan Ignacio Brex is a professional rugby union player from Italy and Argentina who predominantly plays center for Benetton in the United Rugby Championship.

He has also played for Italy at the international level, making his test debut against Scotland in the 2023 Six Nations Championship.
Brex was born in Argentina, although his father is of Italian origin, and he possesses dual citizenship. Brex was nominated to the Italy Sevens squad for the Qualifying Tournament for the 2020 Summer Olympics in 2019 after playing for Argentina till 2015.
He got called up to the Italy squad in January 2021. On August 22, 2023, he was named to Italy’s 33-man Rugby World Cup team.
