Robyn Broughton was a netball coach for New Zealand who lived from 10 July 1943 to 6 September 2023. In the National Bank Cup, Broughton led the Southern Sting to seven championships in ten years from 1998 to 2007.

In addition, from 2000 to 2002, she served as a national selector and assistant coach for the New Zealand national netball team. After four years with the Southern Steel, Broughton coached the Central Pulse in the ANZ Championship from 2012 to 2015, and he subsequently led the Hertfordshire Mavericks in the Netball Superleague.

On September 2, 2009, in Adelaide, Broughton also served as the head coach of a World 7 touring team that included retired or former New Zealand international players as well as players from England, Jamaica, and Samoa.
