A former member of the National Football League (NFL), Andre Johnson is a professional football player. He participated as wide receiver for various NFL teams. He played for Houston Texans for the majority of his career, where he also earned multiple awards. He played for the Tennessee Titans and the Indianapolis Colts near the end of his career, but he ultimately retired as a Texan.

He was named to the First Team All-Pro and the Second Team All-Pro three times and twice, respectively, during his 11-year career with the Houston Texans. Additionally, he won the Pro Bowl seven times. He won the NFL receiving yards leader in 2008 and 2009 He was inducted into the Houston Sports Hall of Fame for his work at Houston.
