Because of his profound devotion to Eastern spirituality and his mastery of it, Gary Wright is referred to as “the Dream Weaver” for the combination of his remarkable talent and the enduring song he wrote of the same name. Wright has performed with Ringo Starr’s All-Starr Band in addition to his own band’s tours and acoustic performances.

After spending seven years in London as an alternate member of the British blues rock band Spooky Tooth and a solo performer on A&M Records, Wright released his breakthrough album The Dream Weaver in 1975.
