Steve Harwell Wife: Meet Michelle Laroque

Steve Harwell is an American singer. He was previously married to Michelle Laroque. It is unclear when they got married and separated.

As of this writing, he is reportedly engaged to Esther Campbell. Harwell’s representative reported in September 2023, he was in hospice care with end-stage liver failure and only had days to live.

Little is known about Harwell’s personal life, though his manager told the US Sun his fiance Esther Campbell is currently by his side.

Harwell is well known as the founder and lead singer of Smash Mouth. He and bassist Paul De Lisle have been with the band from their inception.

They are the only remaining founding members of the band. Harwell announced his retirement from public performance in October 2021.

Aside from his involvement with the band, Harwell gained notoriety after being cast in the sixth season of VH1’s reality show The Surreal Life.
