Jan Jongbloed was a Dutch goalkeeper who played professionally in football from 25 November 1940 until 31 August 2023. He participated in football for the Dutch national team.

Amsterdam is where Jongbloed was born. He played for Go Ahead Eagles, Roda JC, and DWS (later FC Amsterdam). He set a record by playing 707 games in the Eredivisie. Jongbloed played for the Netherlands in 24 games, earning 24 caps in total. His final game was in the 1978 FIFA World Cup final.

He participated in the 1974 and 1978 FIFA World Cups with the Netherlands national team. Due to a heart attack he had while on the field, he retired from football in 1986 at the age of 45. He afterwards worked as a football coach.
