At the 100th European Championships, Katrina Feklistova just made her international debut.
Katrina started off with a straightforward 87 kg snatch, followed by a strong 90 kg. At 94 kg, she made her third attempt, but she narrowly missed losing the bar behind.

After her initial effort was judged a no lift (press out), Katrina opened with clean and jerks at 112 kg, and she then proceeded to repeat the weight. She went for 115 kg on her third try, and after catching the clean, she barely slipped back. Katrina now had a whopping total weight of 202 kg. Feklistova was one of the five competitors chosen to compete for Great Britain at the IWF Grand Prix in Havana in 2023.
