Tina Howe husband: Who is Norman Levy?

American writer Tina Howe lived from November 21, 1937, until August 28, 2023. Howe is most known for his paintings Museum, The Art of Dining, Painting Churches, Coastal Disturbances, and Pride’s Crossing, which he created over the course of a career spanning more than four decades.

For Pride’s Crossing, which was also a finalist for the 1997 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, she received the 1998 New York Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Play. She has won various honors for her plays. The 1987 Tony Award for Best Play was nominated for Coastal Disturbances.

She was given a Rockefeller Grant in 1984, two fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, a Guggenheim fellowship in 1990, and the 1993 American Academy of Arts and Letters Award for Literature. A honorary Doctor of Humane Letters (L.H.D.) degree was given to Howe by Whittier College in 1997.
