Elton Mac Huddleston Jr. was a Republican Party politician in the United States who served from September 16, 1943, to August 27, 2023. From 2008 until his passing in 2013, he served as the 15th district representative in the Mississippi House of Representatives.
Both the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine and Mississippi State University, where he studied accounting, awarded him degrees. Huddleston participated in the Vietnam War as a lieutenant with the 9th Division, flying a UH-1 Iroquois (Huey) helicopter in the Mekong River Delta.

Veterinarian Huddleston worked for the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and the Mississippi Board of Veterinary Medicine as executive secretary. In 2007, Huddleston won a seat in the state legislature for the first time. He had planned to step down following the 2023 elections, but he passed away before his term was over.
