On August 24, WWE COO Triple H announced on Twitter that Bray Wyatt had passed away at the age of 36. Mike Rotunda, a WWE Hall of Famer who worked backstage for the organization for many years and may be better known to WWE fans by his on-screen persona IRS, called Triple H, according to Triple H.

Mike Rotunda is the father of Wyatt Rotunda. Wyatt “unexpectedly passed earlier today,” according to Triple H, without providing the specific cause of his passing. “Our thoughts are with his family,” Triple H continued, “and we ask that everyone respect their privacy at this time.”
