Trista Sutter Parents: Meet Roseanne Rehn, Stan Rehn

Trista Sutter is a television personality best known for being the original Bachelorette on the reality TV show “The Bachelorette.”

She is the daughter of Roseanne Rehn and Stan Rehn. She grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, after being born in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Her father was Presbyterian though not as religious, so she attended church with her mother regularly.  Trista Sutter obtained a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Indiana University.

Trista Sutter earned her master’s degree in physical therapy at the University of Miami and lived in Miami, Florida, for five years, working in paediatric physical therapy at Miami Children’s Hospital and dancing for the Miami Heat for two NBA seasons.

Trista Sutter finished second in season 1 of the reality television series The Bachelor in 2002, and she has also featured in episodes of the show in 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2014.

She appeared in the ABC reality television spinoff series The Bachelorette in 2003. She chose the winner, Ryan Sutter, and they married later that year.

Trista received a Teen Choice Award nomination in 2003 for Choice TV Reality/Variety Star – Female. She was placed #7 on the Maxim Hot 100 Women list in 2003. Trista and Ryan are the parents of two children.
