Nawrocki, who joined Werder Bremen at the age of 5, is a homegrown product of the club’s youth program. He advanced to the Regionalliga Nord reserve team and signed a professional contract with Werder Bremen in February 2020.
After the Regionalliga Nord was postponed in February 2021, Nawrocki joined Warta Pozna on loan. In three Ekstraklasa games for Warta, he scored one goal.

Nawrocki will join the defending champions Legia Warsaw on loan for the 2021–2022 season with the option to make the agreement permanent, it was announced on June 15, 2021.
