Charles Roven is an American film producer. He is the father of Rebecca Steel Roven. His daughter Rebecca Steel Roven was born in March 1987. He shares her with his first wife, Dawn Steele.

Charles Roven is well known for his work on the superhero movies The Dark Knight Trilogy, Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Suicide Squad, and others.
In 2014, his film American Hustle was nominated for nine Academy Awards, including Best Picture. The Producers Guild of America presented Roven with the David O. Selznick Achievement Award for his body of work in January 2018.
Unless otherwise stated, he was a producer in all films. Roven was also the producer of the flop Atuk, starring comic Sam Kinison. The film was canceled within its first week of production.
