The video of Kurt Zouma abusing his cat was filmed by his brother Yoan Zouma and posted on Snapchat with a string of laughing face emojis, prompting an RSPCA investigation.

When the video went viral, Kurt Zouma issued an apology, in which he said, “I want to apologize for my actions. There are no excuses for my behavior, which I sincerely regret”.
Kurt Zouma is a French professional footballer who plays as a center-back for Premier League club West Ham United, whom he also captains, and the France national team.
