Paul is approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, or 172 cm, and weighs about 70 kg. At Indian Grand Prix 1 and the National Inter State Senior Athletics Championship in Patiala in 2021, he won his maiden gold medal.

He competed in the Indian Grand Prix in Thiruvanthapuram in 2022 and took home the gold medal. In 2022, he also triumphed in the Indian Open Jumps Competition and the National Federation Cup.
